Yes, people who know me know that I am more of a cat person. 

But this darling beagle stole my heart yesterday. 

It was not an easy session because she clearly knows what she wants and that didn't always match my ideas. But that made it all the more fun and 

I am really happy I got to meet them both 

and find out that not all dogs are BAD! :)

Maternity Sneak Peek

Die Sonne hat es heute etwas zu gut mit uns gemeint. 

Und so blieb uns nix anderes übrig,
als unser Shooting auf ein lauschiges Schattenplätzchen am See zu verlegen. 

Die Lichtverhältnisse waren also nicht gerade ideal aber ich finde man sieht trotzdem sehr schön,
wie sehr sich die zwei auf ihr Baby freuen. 

Mädchen? Junge?
Bleibt bis zum Schluss eine Überraschung. 

Ich freu mich den kleinen Erdenbürger ganz bald kennenzulernen :)

After all the weather complaints of the last months sun overdid it a bit today...

So we had no other option than to move our shoot to a nice shady place at the lake.

And even though the light-situation was everything but ideal, I think you can still tell how much those two are looking forward to their new arrival!

Girl? Boy? It will be a surprise!!!

I can't wait to meet the little person :)

Remember Molly?

it's unbelievable how fast time flies by! Molly will celebrate her first birthday in September - she's crawling already and she is such a cute funny girl - I could eat her up everytime I see her. So yesterday I popped in for a coffee and a chat with her mummy and we captured some photos of how she is right now :)

...with my photo-a-day project. Here's one I took on our Munich trip :)

Einladung zum Tanzmatineé

Am Sonntag, 20. Juni 2010 um 11Uhr findet das 4-Jahreszeiten-Tanzmatineé der Musikschule Ostermiething in der Turnhalle der Volksschule (gleiches Gebäude) statt!

 Jeder ist hierzu herzlich eingeladen!!!

Für mich ist dies ebenso ein wundervoller Anlass, denn meine Fotografien der Tanzgruppen die wir über die letzten 4 Jahreszeiten mit großem Zeit- und Organisationsaufwand gemacht haben werden im Zuge dieser Veranstaltung auf Leinwand zu den Tänzen präsentiert um das Gefühl der jeweiligen Jahreszeit zu unterstützen. Ich bin selbst schon sowas von neugierig und freu mich wie ein kleines Kind drauf meine Arbeit in Riesengroß zu sehen.

Und ganz wichtig: Regina Shabani ist die Tanzlehrerin dieser Gruppen und ihre Tänze mit den Kindern sind absolut gänsehautmässig sehenswert!!!!

Es war ein Genuss mit Dir Regina und Euch Kindern arbeiten zu dürfen!!!

Just a note to let you all know that I am still around...

Ich hab Euch nicht vergessen - all Ihr geduldigsten der geduldigen Klienten und Freunde!!! 

Die letzten Wochen hab ich einen Riesenberg an Arbeit erledigen können 

und auch übers Wochenende werde ich nicht ruhen, bis ich Eure 

Vorschauen, Alben, Nachbestellungen, Karten... etc.... fertig habe. 

Also bitte bitte nicht böse sein, 

ich will ja nicht nur schneller fertig sein sondern auch wirklich gute Arbeit liefern

...I really wish I could pop out and grab a huge Chai Latte. 

They are terribly addictive, have waaay too many calories and really do cost a bit too much

but I really do feel I should be able to treat myself to one more often! Seeing that the next *bucks is about 2 hours journey away I might just go to bed and dream of it for now ;-)

I couldn't help it - first I nearly rolled on the floor with laughter then I just stared at it in amazement. 

How clever is this? 

I discovered this pigeon-camera in a photo-museum and I guess it would have been used for spy-missions during WWI and possibly WWII aswell.

Newborn Baby V.'s Sneak Peek

It was pure luck that brought us together today. 

My shoot of the day had been cancelled a few days ago and 

sweet babygirl V.'s mummy called me not long after asking for a newborn shoot. 

So how could I say "No" to that??? 

She's pure bliss, even in the hot weather - I've hardly ever seen such a relaxed baby before!

catching the light

Die hübsche V. ist die Tochter einer Freundin - 

ich könnte sie stundenlang fotografieren und sie scheint auch immer Spass bei unseren Shootings zu haben. 

In diesem Fall war der Anlass ihre Erstkommunion. 

Weil es an dem besonderen Tag ganz grässlich kalt und nass war, haben wir kurzerhand entschlossen, ein bisschen zu schwindeln damit sie ein schöneres Andenken daran hat. 

Darum haben wir uns heute Abend das wundervoll goldene Licht vorm Sonnenuntergang zunutze gemacht. 

Mein kleines Model musste nochmals zum Friseur und liess auch all die lästigen Insekten und kratzigen Gräser über sich ergehen ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken.

School Play

Ewan's first ever school play took part yesterday. He was a creature from the forest - as you can see. 

Oh can you imagine, the excitement? 

He took his role very seriously and 

in case I missed some of his dance moves on "stage" he did the whole routine again

- just for me - 

when we got home.

He's so cute I could eat him up :)

Just Married!!!

nearly seven years ago young Phil fell in love with a beautiful girl. 

He waited patiently for her and yesterday they said YES to a live with each other. 

It was a gorgeous sunny day - perfect for a fairytale wedding.

Thank you for letting me take part in it!!! I hope you have many happy, sunny, rich years with each other :)

And before I forget: Janina, you are stunning!!!!!
