A Birthday Blog

It was a very special shoot for me today. 

To be invited into the family on the big first birthday is a very big honour for me and I hope I managed to capture those images without intruding their privacy too much :)

Winter-Fairytale Part I

it's been in my head since I'd knitted this dress last winter and since 

it started snowing again this week I new I had to be real quick about this. 

Thanks to facebook I found the perfect model within half an hour of posting about it :)

The first image is exactly what I wanted to create and I am so very happy it turned out like this :), 

all the others I just had to do because 

my sweet model Birgit was just so brave and gorgeous I had to keep shooting. 

I hope very much she can feel all her limbs again, her lips are no longer blue and 

she doesn't get a terrible cold after this shoot!!!

New toy :)

after working really hard and saving up many months for new equipment, 

I treated myself to a new lens last week - 

don't worry, I am not going to bore you with technical details :) 

I "needed" it mainly for documentaries (weddings, christenings, concerts etc.) 

On yesterdays trial run it actually blew my mind!!! 

And I now think I might use it a lot more than I had in mind...

So for once no babies or other beautiful human creatures - Just a few images taken on our 

Sunday afternoon walk around the local forests:

My first wedding of the year - I just couldn't help it, I HAD to post a view images of 

Miria & David's big day. 

We don't have many portraits as (lucky meeeee) they decided to have an after-wedding shoot in a couple of weeks time. 

But for now may I introduce the 

new Mr. & Mrs.

Goodbye 2010

My very last shoot of 2010 was this cute little baby boy.
